I spoke with Joe, who took lots of time to advise me on the best equipment for my needs and made me feel very comfortable, being a cycling novice, with my purchases and furnished me with lots of advice for when I'm out on the road, enjoying using my new kit. Too often specialist retailers can make you feel a bit stupid, through your lack of knowledge, and push stuff on you you might not necessarily need. Not a bit of this here. Highly recommended for novices and hardened pro's alike.
