  After carefully considering three companies to manage our Sage 50 - 200 upgrade we felt confident Viking Management Services were able to handle the amount of bespoke work we would require. The project was carefully mapped out and penalties in place for late delivery. We had a lot of bespoke work and we feel this could have been better tested before roll out, Never underestimate the testing that is involved with any upgrade. Some errors were corrected and then reappeared - this is a basic and should not happen as versions should be updated and serialised. Any change is traumatic, but we feel the upgrade has been worth it for functionality with our in-house systems.
