  I recently purchased an ex demo CX5 from Turnbulls in York. This was my first experience of Mazda and of this dealership. I must say how impressed I am with the car and level of comfort and technology. The purchasing experience was made particularly enjoyable by Chris Sawyer who had a good knowledge of the vehicle / brand. The whole process was conducted expediently and professionally and I look forward to dealing with them in coming years. The handover process was particularly good by Chris. Time was taken by Graham the Sales Manager to introduce himself and welcome me as a new owner. Can thoroughly recommend these guys.

  Had a problem with my CX5 and Dave and the service team were excellent. They looked at the car the next day kept me up to date with the investigation, sorted me out with a loan car and fixed the problem using my Mazda warranty. Car was returned clean and running perfectly . First class customer service and highly recommended .
