  I bought this Mark Todd Heavy Weight Stable Rug off the picture on ride-away website, which showed a rug with a neck. When I received the rug there was no neck. I paid £89.99 . I found the same rug on another site Eileen Douglas, showing the same rug without a neck for £69.95. When I called the shop to find out where the neck was, the sales assistance after specking to her manager told me the rug doesn't come with a neck, but she could totally understand why I would think it would come with a neck!! I was told that they would give me a 15% discount towards the purchase of a neck to complete my rug. I feel this is a big case of misleading advertising and I feel that ride-away is being dishonest to the consumer. I feel tricked and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  As I no longer live near ride away, I ordered online. I just want thank ride away for using minimum amount of plastic in my parcel. Very quick delivery. Shopped with ride away for many yrs. Unfortunately most items I wanted had sold out but that happens in a sale.
