  Picked up the car after a service and MOT dirtier than I took it in. Dirty water marks all over the interior and exterior. Flies still stuck all over the front of the car and the wing mirrors. White marks over the black plastic trimmings. Paintwork clearly nowhere near even smelling a lick of polish to protect it. I'm thoroughly disappointed. I understand that it's not a valet but if I'd have known that it was going to come back in the state that it did then I wouldn't have bothered. Half arsed servicing in every way. The car was at the garage for 8 hours and I don't know what they have done with that time apart from rob my bank account of nearly £300. Disgusted that I've been charged £3 for them to take my good screen wash out and replace it with water. Was quoted over £1200 for 4 new tyres and new brake pads and disks. A rip off in ever sense of the word. Will never waste my money visiting Ray Chapman again.
