  I visited the farm shop with my family last weekend. The service was dreadful. It was a windy day and rainy and the window was open. I asked it I could close the window as my baby niece was cold. They said it wasn't possible as they were frying and it would be too smoky. Surely there is ventilation in the kitchen? We had to fetch and set-up a high chair for ourselves, cutlery didn't arrive until we had our meal and we had to ask for it and my niece's food was left on the side in the kitchen and was only delivered to us halfway through our meal when we asked for it. I contacted the owner privately so as to avoid leaving a poor review and she told her her staff were 'between a rock and a hard place' with regards to the window as someone had asked for the door to be opened - I highly doubt this as it was raining! It is very clear why her staff are so poor at customer service.
