  I only put 1 star because I couldn't put none! Terrible experience from start to finish. Long drawn out sales pitch designed to make you take out finance despite saying right from the start that it wasn't needed. Vital information withheld by the salesman (tbh he just didn't know anything about diesel cars so think that was a training issue not his). Then it takes 2 days to get a refund of the money paid to bring the car over from another branch after it was seen to be totally unsuitable. Staff were slow and inefficient and just didn't seem to know how to do anything without asking their manager.
