  I was very dissapionted but the lady serving me was not bother to help me at all First I ask for a different size ...she briefly looked at the shelf and said there was no size I wanted Then when I chose two pairs of jeans, I realised one had different price then I thaught ...I asked why & she said it was a different new collection so I said but looked exactly the same just to here ‘there was a different a ‘tiny’ one but she could not tell me what. When I asked if I could have my size in the old collection (as it was cheaper) she pointed out to the shelf and spent 3mins explaining to me where the trausers were (not on display, not front shelf but at the back wall and on the back shelves..); she was not interested in helping me at all. I had my 4 year daughter with me and who was really tired I could not see properly, black jeans was next to navy and the light wasn’t good I could not find any and ended up buying the more expensive. I would imagine the lady could at least check the stock. Can I mention that the shop was almost empty I was served by Hannah
