  Visited in October!! Great food, great atmosphere,and very friendly staff!! Farm shop was excellent - so well stocked!! Bought my mum a beautiful bird mug, which she absolutely adores!! Must try the fruit picking when I come here next!!

  Waited half an hour and for the majority of that, our meals (for a table of eight) must have been under a heat lamp. Mine arrived congealed and stuck to the plate and I sent it back. The excuse? 'I brought you the wrong one '. (Presumably the congealed one was for someone else!) My wife's quiche was likewise dry and almost inedible but she insisted on eating it. One of the kids meals - cold meat wrap - was dry and disgusting. I wouldn't let her eat it. This I refused to pay for. On complaining I was given a £10 voucher and told that they hadn't expected so many customers and that the staff hadn't been coordinated! So, I was expected to pay for their mistakes and inefficiency! Never again! Over priced and overrated.
