  Hi all just wanted to say I am the man in the review with the glasses, If your are the customer I would like to apologise to you , we deal with all complaints in a professional manner and give all customers the opportunity to escalate their complaints untill you are satisfied. I do not recall any of your complaint not to say you didn't have one. All of our customers have paid for their repairs in the last two weeks and we have had no verbal or written complaints at the shop. If anyone has a complaint please let us know stating the precise nature of the complaint and your name. We allways try to listen to our customers but we cannot help someone with no name please get untouch so we can help.
