  Firstly, they can’t even get my name right on the email asking me to review them. Great start. Secondly, my car was with them all day Thursday due to a problem with all the parking sensors. It’s still not fixed as they didn’t have the part in stock which is disappointing considering it was booked in 4 days before with a clear description of the problem . I don’t know what’s happening. Service note just says “requires rebooking “. I don’t know who’s doing that, will they contact me? Do I have to guess when part will be in stock? Have they ordered the part? Oh and they don’t do a collection service on a Friday which means I have to change my week to suit them. Very disappointing.

  I bought a car over the phone. I’m just south of Bristol and the service I have received has been excellent. The Land Rover was delivered to my door on time and completely as expected and seen on the web. The people at Hunters in York have been really helpful producing videos of the vehicle before buying and then for the handover as well. We are really pleased and would definitely use Hunters again. Really great service.
